End User Agreement

All products purchased from Lightfoundry are subject to applicable export control laws and regulations and may only be resold, transferred, exported, re-exported or otherwise disposed of in full compliance with all applicable laws, including export control and sanctions regulations of the European Union, the United Nations, and any other relevant jurisdictions, depending on the origin of the product.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions relating to sanctioned countries, territories, entities, or individuals, as well as prohibited or restricted end-uses, including military or weapons-related applications where such use is restricted or subject to authorization.

 

Following checkout and prior to shipment, the customer will be required to sign a Lightfoundry End-Use Agreement confirming compliance with applicable export control regulations.

 

For customers located outside the European Union, information provided by the customer may be used by Lightfoundry to apply for an export authorization from the competent authorities in Estonia, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/821 governing the export of dual-use items. No orders will be shipped outside the European Union without a valid export license where required.

 

If the required export authorization is not granted, the purchase amount will be refunded, minus the non-refundable license request processing fees, described on the Lightfoundry quotation and invoice.

 

Lightfoundry will process and store all End-Use Agreements and related customer information in accordance with applicable export control and data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
